The Jacketed kettle is a 2/3 tilting jacketed kettle with a variable speed mixing system and widely used in sauce making,candy, sugar,
cake, juice, soup, milk, oil, sauce, meat, fish, vegetable, caned food, fruit, medicine etc.
There are a scraper and agitator are assembled to the mixing system. Scraper is made of food grade PTFE and agitator are
removable for cleaning .The heating source can be steam, electric(oil), or gas.
